Economics graduate Friedrich Bücheler laid the groundwork for the present firm of Bücheler & Kollegen as far back as 1973. Albert Tetzlaff joined in 1985 as the firm’s first partner. Business administration (BA) graduate Uwe Kaiser joined the firm in 1997 and the firm’s legal practice was established in 2005 when Daniel Bücheler joined the firm. Stefan Sebastiani joined the firm in 2015 and opened the firm’s Freiburg office. As of 2019, the firm is operated by its partners Uwe Kaiser, Daniel Bücheler and Stefan Sebastiani with the legal form of a limited liability partnership under the name “Bücheler & Kollegen PartG mbB Steuerberater – Wirtschaftsprüfer – Rechtsanwälte.”
