2006 – 2012: Senior Associate in the international firm of SJ Berwin LLP, Munich (corporate law/ M&A with focus on private equity and venture capital)

2012 – 2013: In-house counsel at Knorr Bremse AG, Munich (international group, supplier for rail and commercial vehicles), in the fields of M&A and international business law

2013 – 2015: Counsel in the international firm of King & Wood Mallesons LLP, Munich (corporate law/ M&A with focus on private equity and venture capital)

2015-present: Partner at Bücheler & Kollegen, opened Freiburg office

Stefan Sebastiani has extensive experience in the field of corporate law/M&A. He routinely advises buyers and sellers in corporate acquisitions and sales, as well as in connection with minority interests, restructuring transactions and joint ventures.
